• Automated compliance audits for sponsored content
• FTC disclosure verification quizzes
• Trust Score tracking and analytics
• Campaign bounty board and application system
• Compliance documentation and reporting

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Be at least 18 years of age

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Agency) with different features and limitations. Plan details and pricing are available on our pricing page.

4.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by law.

5. User Content and Conduct

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit for auditing. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to analyze and process it for the purpose of providing our Service.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to circumvent our audit systems
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Reverse engineer or copy our technology
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. FTC Compliance Disclaimer

Our "FTC Verified" badge indicates completion of our educational quiz and does not guarantee legal compliance or immunity from regulatory action.

7. Campaign Marketplace

Our bounty board connects creators with brand campaign opportunities. We do not guarantee:

• Selection for any campaign
• Payment from brands (payments are between you and the brand)
• The accuracy of brand-provided information
• The legitimacy or suitability of any campaign

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Wow2Now and protected by intellectual property laws. Our trademarks, logos, and service names may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEDIAPACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wow2Now, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
