wow2now is a self-audit tool that analyzes social media data exports you provide. Our service includes:

• Analysis of your uploaded social media exports
• A structured report identifying content patterns and areas requiring review
• Zero-retention data handling (deletion after report generation)

• We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of analysis

• We do not guarantee any specific outcomes
• Our report is based on data you provide—errors in your exports may affect results

The goal is awareness, not prediction. Use this tool to inform your own decision-making.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Upload only data you have the legal right to share
• Not upload data belonging to others without their consent
• Ensure your data exports are legitimate official downloads from platforms
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or misuse our systems

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Because wow2now is a digital service:

• We cannot offer refunds after a report is generated
• If your upload fails or produces errors, contact us at support@ripplexn.com before payment
• Refunds for system failures will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

7. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed via Stripe and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Prices are in USD
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes
• Disputes must be raised with Stripe within 30 days

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• RippleXn is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or lost profits damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service
• This includes visa denials, career harm, or any other consequences

Our role is to provide a visibility layer over your own archive—the decisions you make based on that information are your own.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Upload another person's data without consent
• Attempt to access other users' reports
• Use automated tools or bots to bypass our service
• Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile our systems
• Use the service for illegal purposes or to evade immigration law

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RippleXn Ltd., its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or legal action arising from your use of this service, your data uploads, or any decisions you make based on our report.

11. Not Affiliated with Government

wow2now is NOT affiliated with:

• The U.S. Department of State
• Customs & Border Protection (CBP)
• Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
• USCIS, USDA, or any U.S. government agency
• FIFA or any sports organization

We are a private company providing an independent analysis tool.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access if you:

• Violate these terms
• Upload prohibited or illegal content
• Attempt to misuse or hack our service
• Use the service for illegal purposes

13. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue wow2now at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes.

14. Governing Law
